Carbon black powder be transported to the quota feeder by the conveying screw at the bottom of the silo
The quantitative feeder is controlled by computer. The feeder adjust the ratio of water and carbon black, put it into the granulator.
After the mixing and kneading of granulator,the carbon black particles form, put the particle into drying machine by bucket elevator to dry.
The carbon black pellet after dry was send to silo by bucket elevator to Weighing and packaging.
The dust produced by dry is collect by dust collector,the dust is send to carbon black silo.
